A couple share drinks and a good time at Junior Kimbrough’s juke joint in rural Marshall Co., MS on a Sunday night. Kimbrough, until his death in 1998, ran house parties and jukes for hill country Mississippians since the 1950’s. For the next two years, his sons Kinney and David kept the juke joint open for locals and visitors from around the world who come to experience one of the last genuine Mississippi juke joints, until it burned to the ground in the Spring of 2000.
